Our response to the new Covid restrictions

The government announced another national lockdown on 31st October 2020, starting on 5th November 2020. Please read on to find out how we’re going to continue offering our services, with some changes, to keep you on the road.

Our Sales Department can still cater for all your needs, and more. Our team is in place to deal with all your buying and selling needs remotely and safely, through the lockdown period.

Although we can’t welcome our sales customers on site like we normally do, we are ready to help. We will be offering a “click and collect” style service that runs in line with government guidelines, ensures social distancing, and keeps you and our team safe. Through this process, you’ll be able to find your next Eriba online, speak with a member of our team via phone and/or video, then safely pick-up. Please bear in mind, the handover process will be outside, so wrap up warm!

Our workshops will remain open and functioning safely and effectively as they have been since June this year. Again, we have a helpful and efficient aftersales team who will be able to help you every step of the way, to ensure you and your Eriba are safe and sound. If you have a service booking there’s no need to worry, it won’t be cancelled.
