Eriba Caravan Awnings

Exclusively available from Automotive Leisure Ltd. Produced in the UK by Leading Awning Manufacturer NR Awnings.

Together we have produced a high specification quality awning especially tailored to the Eriba Touring range.

It is straight forward to put up & good value.

A brief summary of our awnings construction;

Build the roof section of poles on the ground, poping in the legs on either side thereafter.
The legs are then simply adjusted to required height.
Place the roof canvas over the frame
Easily slide half of the zip onto the awning rail, then simply zip the awning onto the Eriba.
Zip in the front and side walls and peg out.

There are four storm straps built into the roof which provide extra stability/anchorage. They will also tighten the roof canvas and should always be utilised in all weather conditions.

No drilling or fitting of brackets to your Eriba required, as is necessary with other Eriba awnings.

The awning is supplied complete with curtains, pegs, draft skirt, ventilation vent and storm straps. Standard with steel poles. Light weight coated polyester wall material. Polyester PVA coated roof material. Optional full mesh side window providing extra ventilation during continental use. An annexe with privacy screen and obscure windows is also available.

The benefits of a self supporting awning are that it can be constructed without the Eriba for drying of the canvas or use as a Gazebo in the garden, you could also practise putting it up in private without the Eriba to hand.

Over the years we have listened to many existing Eriba owners taking onboard their experiences with the limited range of European awnings available to them.

The most common complaint was;

"Having to thread on the whole roof canvas, then try to throw it over the roof and hope it stays up there while the poles were constructed"

Uniquely the Automotive Leisure awning is simply zipped onto the Eriba during the final stages of construction, there is a canvas flange over the back of the zip for weather protection.

The second most common complaint was;

"The pole configuration (being built off of the side of the Eriba) is unstable without the canvas on, therefore prone to collapse during construction. Causing frustration and damage to the side of our Eriba"

The Automotive Leisure awning is free standing, therefore stable when constructed independently next to the Eriba.
